Human & Animal Elisa Kit

PT. Indolab Utama provide several brand of ELISA kit such as Ucytech, Abcam, Abnova, RnD, etc.

U-CyTech’s cytokine immunoassays, e.g. human IFN-γ ELISA and human IFN-γ ELISPOT, are extensively used in different areas of research. Currently, we developed a novel highly sensitive immunoassay to measure autoantibodies to human IFN-γ (IFAAs) in serum or plasma. IFAAs can be found in the circulation of healthy individuals, but significantly higher levels are detected in patients with certain infectious diseases. U-CyTech has developed a highly sensitive immuno-enzymatic capture assay for the quantitative determination of IFAAs in human serum and (heparin) plasma. The performance of the test is easy and straightforward and therefore simple to implement in the laboratory. The assay is based on a method that preserves the native conformation of the IFN-γ molecule and avoids steric hindrance of antibody binding. In addition, the test includes an internal negative control for each sample analysis, thereby minimizing the chance on false positivity. Overall, the Human IFN-γ Autoantibody Assay is a unique assay allowing you to measure IFAAs in a rapid, sensitive and reproducible way.

Abnova is the world’s largest antibody manufacturer. We have the capacity of generating 300 mouse monoclonal antibodies and 200 rabbit polyclonal antibodies per month. Rather than the traditional method of antibody production, Abnova is taking a genomic/proteomic approach for the antibody development. Our goal is to have at least one antibody to every human expressed gene in human genome. We manufacture all our products, recombinant proteins and antibodies in our state-of-the-art production and SPF animal facilities. We also have multiple clones for the monoclonal antibody, and their access is available to partners and collaborators from the academic institutions and industry.

Reliable and optimized matched antibody pairs anchor our ELISA and multiplex immunoassay kits. Our matched antibody pairs are recombinant, monoclonal antibodies that are developed and optimized for use in relevant sample types like plasma and serum for reliable performance where you need it. Matched antibody pairs are used in our SimpleStep ELISA and multiplex immunoassays for results that can be confidently reproduced over the course of the study, between researchers and across different ELISA-based assays.
