Responsibilities:

  • To meet coverage sales and agency sales target assigned.
  • To manage territories and agency lines assigned with minimum supervision.
  • To co-ordinate with relevant supporting departments on all pertinent and special arrangements regarding each sales.
  • To entertain potential and regular customers to secure business and maintain rapport.
  • To manage principals’ expectations on sales targets with minimum supervision.
  • To develop agency lines in order to meet targeted agency growth.
  • To be involved in executing marketing activities to develop product lines.
  • To exhibit product knowledge to execute consultative selling.
  • To actively participate in the department’s strategic planning activities in relation to the overall company direction.
  • To perform any other work as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Education / background: Bachelor in Pharmacy. Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemistry, Science, or any related discipline in Life Sciences.
  • Min 1 (two) years experiences in research institution,clinical and Industry Market
  • Familiar with Biology Molecular both Theory and Tehnique
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Excellent team player and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet the demands of the job.

Job Description :

  • Do the selling process in accordance target list that had been determined and together with coordination
  • Prepared of materials / tools to be used in the selling process to Reviews their customers
  • Do sales from the beginning the contact between, negotiations until to the creation of a contract with customers
  • Make a visit report weekly sales report in accordance with the agreed format coordination and monthly reports in accordance format of the reports that had been determined
  • relationships with other divisions coordinator assisted by internal processes related to the selling process to Reviews their customers
  • continuously increase of knowledge to products or services to be sold and always look improve the ability guidance relations and sales customers

Requirement :

  • Male, maximum 28 years
  • Education diploma min / Faculty bachelor degree, biology, agriculture, biotechnology
  • Fresh graduates or experienced min 1 year
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Can work together very well with a team sales existing
  • Honest, hard worker, responsible
  • Have a sim a / sim c
  • Placed at the East Java
