Primer Walking

Description

This service is to read 2~15kb of sequence with PCR product.; can also be applied to plasmid DNA that cannot be read using single primer extension sequencing. Because we first design the internal primer and continue onto reading the further sequence, occurrence of first reaction using customers primer is required. Necessary walking continues with the same method until the whole region is covered. Estimated runtime for 1~1.5kb on this service is one week.
