Description
Description
Random primers are random hexadeoxynucleotides that can be used for first-strand cDNA synthesis and cloning. Primers are required as essential components of the Reverse Transcription System. Besides that, oligo(dT))15 Primer is used to simplify your first-strand cDNA synthesis. These primers are suitable for use as a primer for first-strand cDNA synthesis with a reverse transcriptase. The primer hybridizes to the poly(A) tail of mRNA. RNases are ubiquitous and can cause RNA degradation and compromise RNA integrity. RNase combination can happen during RNA purification and during routine downstream handling. RNasin® Ribonuclease Inhibitors can inhibit RNase A family and human placental RNases by noncovalently binding to RNases. Deoxynucleotide Triphosphates are also required in RT-PCR. dNTPs consist of four basic nucleotides which are dATP, dCTP, dGTP, and dTTP as building blocks of new DNA strands.
Features and Benefits:
- Greater than 99% triphosphate content.
- High quality DNA hexamers of randomized sequence.
- Does not inhibit other RNases and modifying enzymes like reverse transcriptases.
- Results in higher yield in RNA extractions and better performance in RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, microarrays and in vitro transcription/translation.
- Inhibits RNase A, B and C as well as human placental RNase.
- Stable against oxidation and heat, leading to higher stability up to 15 minutes at 70 .
- Suitable for long term storage of samples.
- Native, recombinant and oxidation-resistant forms available.
